The Duferco Group Annual Report 2021 is online now: an in-depth analysis of the Group annual results and projects that involve us on sustainability and the ecological transition. Despite difficulties experienced over the last two years, strongly influenced by the Pandemic and significant markets fluctuations, the Group successfully managed to protect its employees and increasing its business activities.
The 2021 results confirm the Group’s excellent performance. Net profit was 262 Mil. USD marking more than 200% of the FY 2020 result.
During the year Duferco has approved and executed many significant investments across all business lines, testifying strong will to grow and leadership of the Group; first of all the new beams rolling mill in San Zeno Naviglio for which startup is expected in 2023.
For the future, the Group will continue with targeted investments, aimed at strengthening its autonomy and strategic independence, promoting decarbonisation and sustainability of all the activities that make it up.
